I sent in 1o VHS tapes of precious family videos with stated 6-8 weeks processing. I didn't receive them back for 20 weeks which made me extremely nervous. The results are TERRIBLE. I would classify a great many videos as unwatchable. On some, the audio is does not match the video? How can that be? I basically have to take my original tape and copy it off myself to use it. Thank God I received the originals back. I will NEVER think about using Legacy Box ever. How they are in business is a mystery.

Hi James. We do apologize for the delay in processing times. While our average is 6-8 weeks, unfortunately that average can fluctuate depending on the formats and number of orders received, as each order is processed in the order in which it is received.

Our process is to provide a one-to-one transfer of each of your items as they play on our equipment. Since we do not offer any editing or enhancement services, any quality issues that exist on the original item will be present in the digital files.
