“Retraction of previous negative review”

Ok... I MUST apologize to G & D for my previous review of customer service...

While I received the wrong flag originally, I received an email from Patrick (owner of G&D) to inquire as to service... I replied re: the wrong flag and almost IMMEDIATELY I received his reply... apologizing for the mixup & informed me the correct order was now in the mail

That was only 4 days ago... I received the correct flag this morning

Again, my sincere apologies to Patrick & G&D... this is the height of what customer service should be

“Wrong Order, no customer service #”

I too, received the wrong and looking back, it's no wonder since G&C is located in NY

After reading other reviews, i will not even attempt to return the wrong item... but merely eeeee my displeasure & expect no response. Since the item was under $10.00, i will simply chalk it up to experience.

For those interested, I ordered the CSA 1st National Flag & received the Confederate Battle Flag... an understandably irritating symbol to some (due to bad education).
