Booked yesteday. Still no ticket. Tried to use chat via their website, and nobody ever answered. What gives? I have never had to wait for my ticket after I paid. I checked their cancellation terms and they charge $50 on top of whatever the airline charges to cancel a flight. What? To cancel a flight that hadn't even booked yet? I think someone setup a website that is nothing more than a frontend search engine. If you book with them, they manually book the ticket later through Kayak, the airline website, or some other ligitimate ticketing site. I'm not sure why I even tried justfly.com, but I will definitely never be back. Why would anyone deliberately use this website? What's the point? Where's the value? After about a 15 minute wait, I was connected to someone via chat on their website. Mahmoud Higgy told me "I see that your booking is still in progress as we are waiting for the airline to confirm the reservation. This is completely normal and you should receive a confirmation email within the next 48 hours." LOL, you get your confirmation within 3 days of booking your flight. OMG! If it didn't happen to me, I wouldn't believe it.

Denied both of my claims for bogus reasons. 70 pages of complaints and an "F" rating on Better Business Bereau. In 2021, lost class-action lawsuit in Arizona for fraud, including posting postitve online reviews for themselves. Nearly impossible to reach. Limited resources. Overseas call center. English as a second language. Hangs up when you call to discuss why you're not happy.

Tip for consumers:

Incredibly lame that their developers can't even get the arrows for navigating pictures on a posting correct. The arrow on the left points to the right, and the arrow on the right points to the left. $#*! backwards! I have never seen another website that screwed up something so simple. OfferUp is the worst of the worst. A complete joke and embarrasment.

Oh yeah, and most sellers are complete flakes and/or shady. They won't give you any contact information to resolve issues. Buyer Beware!

Discount disappears when transferring from cart to page to complete the purchase.

4 out of 5 orders were cancelled after I paid because the items I purchased were "no longer available".

Absolute garbage website! I guess this is characteristic of the company.

Tip for consumers:
The site is a mess. It's very frustrating to use, and it's likely that you will not be able to signin to complete your purchase.

This site is nothing but a search relay that gets paid to send you to other sites. They sell nothing. They have no deals. They outright lie about ticket prices, and you don't find out until they've wasted your time.

Verified site experience

Easy! It's wonderful to schedule installation at a local shop and have the tires delivered there all in the same transaction. Everything was easy to understand. Prices were all clearly listed for the tires, delivery, and installation.
