I placed an order with this business for an item that was apparently not actually in their inventory. Multilingual Books did not bother to inform me, and kept silent for nearly two weeks. After over two months and five separate requests for a refund, all I have is silence, and have yet to see my payment refund.

I ordered a set of 8 books on 1 May and the email response said they were shipped that day. But...
I ordered 4 books from them on 11/15. Only 1 was delivered to me, about 1 1/2 weeks later....
