I'm a regular on a number of penny auction sites. There are some good ones, and some bad ones, but BidCactus is among the good. You can't go in thinking that you're gonna get a major deal for $. 75, but if you pay attention and bid at the right time, there are definitely bargains there. I have won a few items there, (and in fairness, on other sites as well), and have received my items without any hitch. You do have to be careful not to get too carried away on one item, but you can have fun if you have the right expectations.
