This hotel website should never be used no matter what price they offer. I booked a hotel in Cancun, Mexico in Aug. 2018 for 6 nights in Jan. 2019. In Dec. I was sent an email saying my booking was cancelled and would receive a refund within 15 days which never came. Never answered there US phone# *******951, try it! Never responded to emails. *******@hotelsclick. Com. Only having my great credit card co. USAA, to take them on to get back my $1674 was I able to get my money back. If you choose to use them you are taking a big risk of losing your money. I have used many hotel websites over 12 years and have never had a problem. Tripadvisor should remove them!
