They don't send you a receipt, either in email or in your shipment. You have no idea when they will ship, and they may not ship all your items. My first package contained only 2 items from my order. The second package arrived 3 weeks later, with items still missing, and NOTHING in the orders to tell me they had only shipped part and would be shipping the rest later. I had to email to ask what was going on (don't even bother trying to phone - nobody picks up). NOT happy at all with the management and lack of basic customer service - a receipt via email (at least) and notification if the shipment does not contain the full order is just standard practice.
