Unbelievable... again tried to arrange collection/delivery of three parcels. Expected collection 5 days ago... have phoned their automated phone line everyday & told "your parcel will be collected today"
Today... Hermes courier driver was delivering to us & offered to take the parcels... She couldn't as her little machine, despite scanning our labels successfully, would not progress any further, so she was forced to leave them with us. We actually felt embarrassed for her!
This isn't the first time a similar incident has happened with Hermes... but definitely our last.

We've rebooked with an alternative courier, as reliability is now paramount.

We have just returned from a holiday at this hotel... what an amazing place... wonderful room, fabulous view from bedroom window... their motto is ' minutes to the mountains, seconds to the sea, and they are not wrong. At night we actually heard the tide coming in!

They were able to accommodate my Gluten Free/Low Fodmap diet with alacrity and professionalism... that's an amazing chef! Food is so delicious... We walked miles, with beautiful views in starting such a short distance from the hotel.

This our third return here, the staff are amazing, the management equally so... they really go the extra mile...

En route to Llandudno we needed to find a stop for breakfast, that catered for Gluten Free. This little place is really wonderful, the staff are so friendly, personable and professional. Their GF toast actually tasted nice (which is rare) their Latte delicious, hot and flavoursome.
Having completed our holiday... we sought out this Café en-route home, enjoying another Latte and some delicious GF Lemon drizzle cake.

Thoroughly recommended!

Initially saw this company on social media, & their product, a front fastening bra, was just what I wanted. It took 3 emails to arrive, & when it did I was so disappointed. These goods are stated as being Made in France & stocked in the UK... the labelling suggested differently.
I put some negative feedback on Facebook & they blocked me... I just wanted to warn others... they are very difficult to communicate with.

Absolutely amazing idea! This company supply so many different freeze dried fruits that are bursting with flavour! We have probably tried about 80% of their range so far.
They supply them in recyclable packaging and deliver in a cardboard box,, they are thinking of the environment as well as their customers.

You even get a reward on your birthday!

What's not to love!?
