This is the 4h time I was writing to pp regarding my parcel.
It has been a month since I have ordered however my parcel has not been delivered yet.
I am utmost disappointed with the delivery process and with the service itself.
The status of my parcel has not been changed since September 19th.
According to local post office the parcel did not enter the country.
Despite of several attempts to communicate with the support team and track my parcel I was asked to wait further. No help was provided from pinky paradise team at all.
I do highly regret that I have ordered from this site. I won't recommend to order from pinky paradise at all because there is no assistance given when the parcel is missing.
Worst customer service ever.

We are so sorry to informed that at some time the shipping company do not keep the tracking system up to date, and the parcel has been through Germany for clearance process before transiting to destination country.
However, Based on the Standard Shipping (14 to 25 working days), the parcel was estimated to reach you latest by next Tuesday.
