I have no reason to waste time and energy lying about my shopping experiences.The whole credibility rating thing is ridiculous and wow I really thought site jabber was different but bribing people to get into their social media accounts is just the lowest of the low.

How I Can Help

Start using paypal for most of your purchases and don't buy from 3rd party or unknown/unfamiliar merchants/sellers/websites. Using just a credit card will earn you a headache and no money back, especially with unknown/3rd party, merchant/sellers/sites. I do occasionally make the mistake of purchasing from an unfamiliar website and I am more then happy to tell you about it.

They brainlessly discontinued one of their best organic cotton products and the rep that answered my email simply did not care that I shop exclusively online and have no use for the paper coupon she sent proving their do not care about their customers.Not of their products have ever fallen apart or bled through on me. They need to stop wasting their own time and everyone else's and make all their products organic, fragrance free and chemical free.No one wants all the bad stuff anymore and are switching away from chemicals, dyes and non organic cotton. You will not be able to leave a review of a product, their website will block you from doing it.So it makes sense that the review of their website are fake.

This site used to be called schlesinger associates/schlesinger group. I have been a member for many years and have only redeemed a gift card once.My balance had been sitting just below their minimum restrictive value for years and recently like all survey sites that tank, they "revamped" their site and now call it focusgroup by schlesinger and like many scam survey sites they now offer fake surveys for hundreds of dollars per survey that no one will ever see/earn because they will get all the info they need from gullible people with the pre screener survey for free.No site pays lots of money per survey, it's a known scam.The only good thing is they allowed me to redeem what I had my account and will be closing down my account because doing tons of pre screeners for free for years and never earning any money is not worth my time and effort. Elijah the customer service rep is very rude, he should not be in any type of customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother signing up you won't earn anything.

You would think that after spending over $80 for glasses that you would get free shipping with this company, nope. They lost a sale because of their own greed. I don't shop greedy companies. Also the t. V show "adam ruins everything" let the cat out of the bag about the fact that all eyeglasses are manufactured by one company and then the retail prices vary to it IS the individual companies marking up eyeglasses 3 or 4 times the price it took for them to be made. Truly disgusted with the facts.

UPDATE: Bizarrely they have none of their products on Amazon currently and I ordered another product and this time they used awful Ding Hong as their shipping partner and after ordering the product there just isn't proper tracking so I contacted them and asked them to contact Ding Hong to have them update the tracking. They rudely responded with the tracking number as if I don't already have it to see the poor tracking. I would rather order their from Amazon. I will only be ordering from them if I need something but I will be looking into other companies that offer better customer service. I like their products I have purchased from them previously.One I purchased from amazon and it's works great. I just ordered another one of their products and paid shipping to have it basically move like a slug right before christmas. Once in got into the U. S Mpow utilized USPS and a third party shipper. Unfortunately if they had just used USPS it would have made it here by now but their third party shipper Pitney Bowes are slow as slugs, and neither of them care it's christmas. Mpow acts like I'm being impatient when they are using one of the the slowest methods to ship: Using a third party shipper. I will not be buying directly from them until they get rid of using third party shippers.It's especially rude to customers that pay for shipping.

Buy their products from amazon or other third party seller.Unlike any other company on the planet,it's not worth the grief of ordering directly from them.Order directly from them only if you have no other options.

I love the concept of the natural medicine alternative and would like to be apart of this but I can't even try this product because it's so way over the top almost arrogantly overpriced. When they bring their prices significantly I can try it and evaluate it. Until then 1 star.

When they leave people on hold for six hours because you are over 250 in line and you try to talk to 2 live chat people about the problems THEY caused the customer, then they are only in business for the money. Hire more people to answer the phone. Very rude customer service reps that try to shift the blame to the customers for wrongs columbia causes. Also they might want to do something about not honoring their warranties and their less then stellar zippers. Extremely unprofessional company.

I would avoid this company if every purchase experience is like this one.

They refuse to honor any promo codes.If you put a code in it will just take off whatever piddley amount they want to take off. When confronted they act oblivious "oh OUR discount code works just fine" when I wasn't referring to their tiny discount code. Then I went back to the site to see if the promo would work and they jacked the price of the glasses up another 5 bucks. I don't give my money to greedy scam artists. They didn't gain a customer/sale because of being greedy.

The worst of the worst type of customer service reps. They refuse to change account info after I ask them many times. I have been hung up on many times.One supervisor even tried to gaslit me into making me believe they could not hear me to get me off the line. Absolutely ridiculous.The two day shipping is a complete lie. There is no such thing. They simply do not care about your concerns. I only buy from them unless I cannot find an item anywhere else and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Buy from them only if you cannot find the item you want anywhere else.

I messaged 3 sellers on ebay about one particular item.One was "Retro Game Repair Shop" that has lots of negative and neutral reviews, the second is "8-bit-item-shop" with several negative reviews and the other is brand new seller named "smartseller42" and all the emails were answered by "JP" at "Retro Game Repair Shop". It seems that "Retro Game Repair Shop" is trying to shake their awful reputation but as you can see on the "smartseller42" and "8-bit-item-shop" reviews that "JP" cannot stop acting like his awful self so of course it followed him to the newer accounts. People have to be extra diligent as one chat rep confirmed ebay disgustingly allows sellers can have multiple accounts. I have encountered sellers with multiple accounts twice now. I believe in second chances but I should also be allowed to not have to deal with a seller after I have decided I do not want to buy from a particular seller in the future and customers cannot make that choice if ebay allows them to hide behind multiple accounts allowing them to defraud people by dishonestly representing themselves. Ebay should be banning accounts after a certain number of negative reviews and have stringent security protocols so that those same sellers cannot open new accounts. Quite shameful behavior on ebay's part allowing this to go on. Absolute comedy that they say they have 4500 reviews, so then they are confirming the multiple accounts therefore the awful way they treat customers is accurate also then. I am so glad I decided not to do business with these clowns.

There are tons of products like this out there, there are really no different. They set themselves apart by being expensive while claiming they are not.The package says plant based. Well yeah that's what cotton is. Also bizzarely there is a "best by" date on the dry wipes. All in all I will stick to what I use because new and pricey is not my thing.(Well the pricey part)

Overpriced and not customer friendly.The first time they screwed up my order it was fixed right away with no drama, the next time they screwed up it was an ordeal.My points are expiring? I earned them. Any company that lets/makes peoples reward points expire only cares about money, not their loyal customers. Just like at many locations, the employees are either snobby/rude or ignore customers. I will purchase from ulta if I can't find what I am looking for somewhere else first.

Don't use or frequently use shopping sites that don't allow you to keep you earned reward points.

When LG discontinues a spare part to one of their products they will send you on a wild goose chase of several phone numbers and websites and to this company that not only cannot find any record of the part they are looking for but on of of their two websites(www.lgparts.com), they will block any/all ability to communicate with them. I was able to get a hold of someone after a 40 minutes on hold on the second phone number I was given. She searched for the spare part, could not find it at all in their system. She saw it on google but she could not see it in their system and even after contacting a coworker, the part part still could not be found.No spare parts for the 2 year old LG Item and very little to no communications concerning the part. This is what will transpire if you buy LG products. I would never recommend an LG product as long as these things are happening/occuring.

If they are good enough to be at target then they can bring their crazy prices down a bit. I like the custom shampoo I ordered, I like that I can specify my hair needs. Some people can't just pull stuff off the shelves at the store and have it work for them. I have way less hair fall using this then most other shampoo/conditioners. I do think they are crazy expensive and will add one star back when they lower their prices for their custom shampoo/conditioners. Last time I ordered items there was a discount on an item, they literally would not honor it even after showing them their own discount.It's bizarre to have to fight with a company with proof to get them to honor their own discount. After they refunded the discounted amount the rep had the nerve to say "well it's against policy but we will make this one time exception." Why would they claim that them honoring their own discount is against policy? So take screenshots of promotions and discounts and be prepared for them to deny math and their own discounts.

The have cut people from live USA tech support chat and they will not allow customers to email tech support claiming they are the only company on the planet that do not have email. They only want to chat with people about orders that were placed on samsung. Com. They do not want to help people with tech support with any products bought from ANY 3rd party retailers. They will boldface lie to people about how people can message them or live chat through their support page which results in going around and around in endless circles because that's the way they want it. They also tell people to not be using the "device" you need help with but insist you text them for help(Um what?). The only way you can get help is on the phone and they phone reps are Awful, if not genuinely evil that they deliberately give you the wrong information or outright lie that they do not know how to help you even though they are paid trained samsung reps.It wasn't always this way. Samsung support used to be pretty awesome, now they are a sad pathetic bunch that they just want you to figure everything out on your own with the self help pages.LG tech support is by far superior comparatively(and that's saying something)but they unfortunately(or fortunately)LG decided to discontinue making cellphones. Samsung are devices top notch, samsung reps are a word I cannot use on this site. Below is the screenshot that as you can see that when I tried to click on their link for chat support in the bottom left hand corner it says "javascriptvoid" which everyone knows means the link is broken and it has been broken for several months.The phone reps try to literally gaslight me by saying the USA tech chat link works "perfectly fine."I'm not gonna lie and make it up. They either broke it on purpose or keep it broken for their own benefit otherwise they would have fixed it by now, if they have any intention to they would have already.

Be prepared to be mentally,emotionally and verbally abused as well as gaslit by their reps.

I love their daily moisturizer and zinc shampoo but their free and clear shampoo/conditioner will make your hair fall out. Oddly the zinc shampoo does not do this to me so there is something in the free and clear that will make your hair fall out.Be careful. Instead of caring about their customers they are more worried about their 60 day return window. Who the heck cares when someone calls you and tells you if made their hair fall out. Provide a refund or coupons for a free product/s from their line. But no, demands for receipts instead of compassion. A pic of the products on my counter would suffice. I expected way better from vanicream.

DO NOT USE THE:free&clear shampoo and conditioner.It will make your hair fall out.

I was ordering some tees and used a promo code, then I decided to not get one of the tees and took it out of the cart, they jacked the shipping up 5 bucks so they could still make the same amount of money. Wow. I will let you know how delivery goes but right off they are greedy and probly would not order form them again.
