On June 30,2023 I received an email with a link for my $10 Kroger eGift Card that I had redeemed earned survey points with E-Rewards for. In July I tried to use it at two different stores and both times it was denied. I went online to check the balance and found that there was never an amount added. The balance was zero with no transactions for the last 90 days. On July 31st I emailed them asking for it to be corrected. Since then I have emailed many times and have been given the run-around always saying that it's been escalated. What should have taken a few minutes to fix has now been 2 weeks with no action. They used to be reliable, but not anymore.

Easy to use & easy to clean... This is as easy to use and clean as it is cute! Hopefully it will be a hit with the reluctant 2 year old. He'll sit on in and toss toys into it, but so far won't use it as a potty chair. When he's ready, it will be there for him!

This hose was bought to replace one (different brand) that burst after less than a month. It is great so far: stronger and hasn't kinked once.

I ordered Melissa & Doug Pizza Seasoning Set. They showed 1 available in stock. I put it in my cart and completed the order. My credit card was charged and I received an email thanking me for my order. When I checked the status of the order it showed as cancelled. They didn't even bother to let me know. I asked about it and was told they didn't have it and couldn't get it. I have been looking for this item and was very excited to finally be getting it. They gave different reasons to why it wasn't being sent. One told me they didn't have it, it was only available for backorder. Not true. Another said it was either a problem with inventory or was damaged. AFTER I asked about the order they said they've refunded it. The charge which I've now disputed is still on my account. I will not try them again!

Tip for consumers:
I would not use this site.

Today I got an email from them saying my reward was ready. The only problem is all the supposed information to use to claim it was blank and there's no way to contact them. Stay away from them. They will rob you of your time and lie to you.

Rewards delayed forever!

They used to pay, but no longer. My earned reward is now delayed 24 days and others have even longer (as in months) delays! I don't expect to ever get paid. It's too bad as this used to be an ok site. Another one to rip us off.

I used to shop at Kohls and kohls.com a lot. Then I started having problems with them online. The site would empty my cart, lose coupon codes, and not work at all. I have had a few shipments arrive with broken items because things were packaged so poorly. Some were handled to my satisfaction, some not. Another order never arrived and after quite a long time, I was refunded and could reorder. Of course the original colors were no longer available. I ordered different colors and guess what? The original colors were available the very next day. I haven't shopped with them for a while now. They used to be one of the best but not anymore. Customer Service has gone down hill too. When I do finally order again, I will not be surprised if there are problems.:-(

I ordered in October. There was no sign of my order for a week when it showed up on my credit card as pending. A week after that I finally found it online - the order number had changed. When it finally arrived, it was not as advertised. I contacted them to return it and be refunded. After some back and forth, they sent a return label. I returned it. They said it would take 32 - 33 days before my account would be credited. After that amount of time, I contacted them another couple of times, but got no response. Finally after I entered a dispute with my credit card company, they told me that they never received it (yeah, right!), but would refund my money anyway. I will never order from them again!

QuickRewards is my favorite rewards site. Their communication and helpfulness is superb. They always come through! Surveys, Shopping, Daily Trivia, Checklist & Clicks, and Coupon Printing are some of the things I do there. This is absolutely my go-to site!

I do like this one! They have some fun ways to earn rewards: earn and explore, PC search, Mobile search. Their rewards are nice too with many to choose from.

Swagbucks is a fun way for me to earn a little. Most things work well for me. My timing is often off for codes. They seem to be offered whenever I go shopping or do household chores. Maybe I should give that up? LOL The only thing I really miss out on is the mobile codes - can't get them with my phone. All in all a really good site!

I had what I thought was a good coupon and deal... put 2 items in my cart and was feeling good about it. When I entered my zip code the price on each increased by $8! I will not be back. Thank you to other reviewers for helping save me the hassle!

I have used this site for years, but just cancelled my account. It takes a long time to get to the cashout limit but I was getting close. Then they took all of my points for being 'inactive'. They must have changed the requirements because I had been using the site. Oh well, more time for sites that are good.
