On Mar. 28/21, I placed an order for 2 items. On Mar. 29, I received one of the items as a gift from my husband so I emailed Kitchen Niche & asked that they remove one of the items from my order because I no longer needed it. No response. I emailed again, no response. I telephoned but all I got was voice mail with no opportunity to leave a message. On Mar. 30, I emailed them 4 times & tried telephoning. Again just a voice message. By then I no longer wanted to deal with a company with such poor customer service so I emailed to cancel my entire order. In between my emails I received an email from them that they were processing & packing my order! I immediately emailed back to cancel my order. In total, since Mar. 29 I had emailed them 6 times. No response. On Apr. 1, I received an email from them saying that they had shipped the one item even though I had repeatedly asked for the entire order to be cancelled! It will be returned because I do not want to deal with this company.
