“Wish I had read reviews first-terrible site”

I ordered a baby book over two weeks ago and my gift will be late for the shower this weekend. If I had been told shipping would be this late, I would NEVER have ordered it. Then, I tried to find my order status and their site said I had never ordered. Then I found their customer service number for help on order status and they told me to email them and they would get back within 24 hours! This is a terrible site and even though their shopping site looks great, it is a terrible business. Please be smarter than me and DO NOT waste our time with this site.
