I spent more than local for harnesses so I would get their warranty. I have two female shepherd's (see warranty below). When I purchased the two harnesses, the wording did not include "limit of 2". The quality is not worth the money, the harness has always broken at the same spot (plastic clasp), and my animals have not "destroyed" the harness (just clip continues to break). Their products belong at Dollar Tree!

Well, the saga continues with the wrong part ordered (it populated my phone screen and the picture was so small I couldn't see it was for 1 oven not a double). They promised to pay for return shipping, then refused. They then just kept repeating themselves over and over and over and over ad nauseam. They just talked over anything I said. So, I printed out their label and paid $37 to ship their &$@)0! Back. They received it 34 days ago and have refused to respond to my emails about my refund or put my money back. GRP Genuine Replacement Parts is a complete rip off. I have the confirmed delivery back to them 34 days ago, and they still wont give me my money back! DON'T TRUST THEIR SITE!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site!!! They will not return or refund if their is a problem.

I am disabled, my power went down and I needed to fill my propane tanks to start my generator for my heat (pellet stove). My left shoulder is completely destroyed and I asked the attendant if she could fill them in the back of my SUV (I backed right up to the location). She refused, and demanded I remove the tanks. When I explained to her my injury, she stated that she would not fill them as "if I couldn't lift them empty, I couldn't lift them full". I was astounded and explained again that it was to provide heat for my home. She stated her manager was her buddy and I was 86'd. I left crying and drove 12 miles each way into the larger city near me and had a really nice young man jump to help me (without me even asking-what a gentleman!). I then received a call from a deputy, asking me what happened at the gas station. In tears, I explained and he advised me that the manager (attendant's "buddy") had requested I be trespassed. He said he was sorry, and that if my propane tanks ran out, I needed to call the non-emergency number and drive down and park on the street and a deputy would help me. It really astounds me the extent that people will go to, to get out of doing their job. It astounds me the extent that people will go to, to use "friends" to harass others. It astounds me that disabled people have to be harassed by the employees at the Lil Pantry Shell Gas Station in Merlin. (I even have a disabled placard-mine hanging from my rear view mirror). I really hope they are happy with how they treat the disabled in life, because karma is real.

I recently lost my father and had my double Jenn-air oven go down. I was able to have a friend trouble-shoot and identify that the Touch Control Panel was the problem. I googled the best sites and saw that GRP had good reviews ……. It went downhill from there. I used their site and entered my oven model number and the part needed. It pulled up a part that looked just like mine. I am older and my eyesight is not perfect, and I should have used a magnifying glass to look at the picture in larger detail. However, I thought (incorrectly) that by entering the model # and part that if the part looked the same it was correct. I paid for the part and shipping immediately. The part arrived late, I had family coming in for a memorial and was already pretty emotional. The part arrived late on a Friday afternoon and the nightmare begins. I received the part for my oven …… if it was a single oven …. Not a double oven. I put the part immediately back in the box and called customer service. They are only open until 4:30 CST for customer service. I go the weekend with a full house, and no oven. I call immediately on Monday and the first person tells me that the part will work ……. ‍ ……. I request a supervisor, none available. I call back and get another agent, this one tells me that I will get a return label as long as I didn't try and install it …. She requested pictures of the part proving old part, new part wrong, new part unused etc. I email her immediately. I don't get the return label …… I wait an hour and call back. The next agent tells me that I can't return it, because it's my fault. I request a supervisor. Then the repeat begins. I got to hear "can you confirm you didn't install it", "why did you click confirm, when it's for one oven not two", blah blah, repeat times 20. It is REALLY difficult to see the difference on the Control Panel on the little order confirmation form on an IPhone, between one row of lettering and two. I expected the company to know what they were doing, because they were the pros - NOT ME. I am a single mom and admit that I am not an appliance repairman! So, the nasty emails I have now received are just embarrassing. I had a short period of time to pay to return the part and fully insure it. If I even mark up the box, they will not refund my money. I still have not received the money back on my debit card. It cost me $37.45 to pay at UPS to ship it back and pay to insure the package (insurance is a requirement of the return). I can't even afford to order the part yet from another company. Again, I did click confirm, my fault. I put in my model number and Touch Control Panel -black and clicked on what came up. I was completely wrong in believing that their site would lead me in the correct direction. But, really …. This company has become my nightmare! I wouldn't order from them again if I have to buy a brand new oven. The expense, lack of empathy, continued repeating, disrespect just make me want to vomit. I owned a company for over 20 years when I was younger, I have never had this happen!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site, there are many other sites that will treat you better. This is costing me over $50, with no part. I still haven’t even gotten a refund for my original part, I pray I get that large amount back!

I was treated with sarcasm and disrespect by a guy named Mark S. I won't ever return there. Customer service means more than that to me.

I did not get the discounts offered, even after I emailed. I paid extra for expedited shipping, it took 2 weeks. It was a bad experience.

Tip for consumers:
They don’t give the discounts, their shipping takes forever and their customer service is non-existence.
