I ordered a bangle in February this year as a Birthday present. It has never arrived. I have only been able to speak to someone on one occasion when I was assured it would be delivered on April 11th, still no delivery. Since then I have been unable to contact them, the phone is never answered, is engaged or an answerphone comes on. Messages and emails are not replied to. I have sent a letter by recorded delivery asking for the refund, but my hopes are low. Legal action will no doubt have to follow. Do not risk using this company, after reading many reviews it would appear that I am just one of many that this has happened to.
