I paid for their service by the month, placed 15 orders after selling the products on eBay. These orders were never shipped and resulted in negative feedback from buyers due to their scam site. PayPal holds the funds from eBay purchases, making it easy to refund customers. However, I have lost 3785. 26 out of my pocket for orders placed through DOBA that were never shipped. I requested a refund for each transaction, been over 30 days now, and still no refund! Have sent emails and live chat messages 15 times, no answer to either one. There is no support or contact phone number listed.

This has resulted in BBB complaints and police involvement. Too much money lost not to get the police involved. Stay away from DOBA and use Inventory source!

I purchased service from the seller (Digitalredcube) he claimed the service was being done without providing proof. I checked my Google Analytics account to see if traffic was being delivered, it was not. The seller continued to call me dumb and not know what I was looking for along with ask for my password and username to my website. I requested to cancel the transaction through Fiverr, well the seller reported me unprofessional and threatening him. I got an email the next day saying my account was flagged for unprofessionalism, threats and policy violations. I replied to this email through a support ticket, got a reply basically saying terms and conditions were violated by me. How can you violate their terms and conditions by pointing out to the seller that they are not providing the service? All communications are kept on their server, to go back and review. If they keep threatening me I will go to a lawyer. I recommend staying away from Fiverr if you buy something and do not receive the results you are the one punished and not the fraudster. Fiverr protects their fraudster sellers.

Asked for refund for services as advertised guarantee, but only received threats late at night with lawsuit from this man. This business lures you in on promise to teach you internet marketing, the videos you watch is broken, wants you to post his links of scam and send you to classified ad sites to post his scam and get others to fall for it. Instead of giving refund of $300, asks for more money and claims you yell at him in text chat on Facebook. Another thing he asks you to download Skype as method to contact but never answers you. Blog post is suppose to me contacting customer service, but he ignores you and only after opening PayPal dispute Roy will contact you and threat you with law suit and physical harm. Please avoid this man, as his threats are stilling coming in over online marketing scam.
