Very disappointed with Ticketmaster- I'm furious. Booked and cancelled twice now, my concert (5SOS) has been delayed and rescheduled without my knowledge. The newly rescheduled date which is seven months from now is not convenient for me and my sister due to work commitments and therefore we cannot attend. They will not refund my money. I've attempted to get my money back on numerous occasions and Ticketmaster keeps coming back with generic excuses. I've been a loyal patron of this company for years but never again. I'm sharing my experiences as I am more than certain there are many other people who have experienced the same appalling service. I encourage everyone reading who's gone through similar problems to share this- I'm talking about hundreds of dollars lost here.
