Worst rental car experience ever. For Phoenix they advertise as a airport car rental service and charge accordingly but they are anything but that. Located off site of the car rental center and if you have an early or later flight be prepared for a costly Uber because they will be there to take the car back but you are on your own to get to the airport. Took forever to get there when our flight landed and even longer to actually get the car from the dimwit behind the counter. This place is an absolute scam for what they advertise and what you will actually get and get ready for hidden fees when you go to pickup.
