Ordered food and was missing items essential for the order. Food was not edible without so i contacted customer service and said they forgot something and would like it delivered so we could eat. They said they will not send the missing items and would not refund me. It took another 2 times of making contact just to get a partial refund. Go F yourselves grubhub.

The price is good but too many ads, they even force you to watch ads to watch a trailer/preview of any content.

I ordered the dabox and water filter attachment and it is an exellent product that has given me great clouds of happyness! The price was very good, the shipping fast and the dabox seems engineered very well.

I purchased black ops 3 and the season pass which was supposed to include the dlc/maps. Well they released new dlc and maps and said my season pass did not include the new content. $60 for black ops 3, $60 for the season pass, and they wanted an additional $40 for the zombie maps. I contacted treyarch for a season pass refund and they told me to contact activision. I contacted activision for the refund and they told me to contact treyarch. It was weeks of just pushing me around between treyarch and activision. In the end activision assured me it was treyarch's fault so this review is for treyarch and no one refunded me or made things right. Both activision and treyarch have horrible customer service and misleading sales. I will try my best to not give them anymore of my money, there are plenty other game developers who are honest and passionate about their work i would much rather give my money too.

New review update: Just docked 3 stars as something bad happened to Amazon's customer service in 2022. It was 5 stars prior. I had a bad experience and could not reach customer service by phone, and they did not reply to my email. There were some fraudulent listings I reported some sellers selling bracelets that claimed to include sea turtle tracking that had no tracking, months later I still see these fraudulent listings as prime sellers. I hope Amazon can remedy this downward service spiral they are on. They did improve the prime video content though.

Old review: "I love shopping at amazon. I have had little issue but when there were issues amazon owned it and made things right. I have had 100% exellent customer service in the 7 years I have shopped thru amazon.com now."

Tip for consumers:
Be wary trusting amazon, something seems to have changed for the worse with them.

Match.com sold me up on $19.99 a month then they charged me $113.94. I saw the excess charge and chatted with match customer service and they refused to refund me anything or make things right. I told them out of fairness they could bill me a month and refund the rest and they refused any help so I had to open a dispute on the transaction through my bank. There are other matchmaking sites who practice honest business so I would not recommend any business/support for the match.com scammers!
