To make a long story short: On April 16, I'd ordered a permanent match lighter. On May 15, the lighter still hasn't arrived. >This is even though I live close enough to Taiwan where the lighter was (supposedly supposed to be) shipped from that a 5-hour domestic flight would get me there to pick up the lighter.
After several emails with the company, expressing my concerns that there is no shipping tracking and them somewhat condescendingly responding "don't worry" and that their shipping method "is very reliable," I contacted my credit company, and it was agreed that it was a good idea to cancel/reverse the payment.
I'm not sure if LIghter Parts Pro is a scam or what... All I know is that I ordered the same lighter from another company and received it in five days.
Save yourself the headache; buy from somewhere else.
