Cons: they are often understaffed and the line for the register can get really backed up. Often, there are boxes left in the aisles, creating a tripping hazard.
Pros: generally friendly service. You can find some really great and unique items. You can walk out with a huge bag stuffed full of merchandise for little money.
Tip for consumers: There are NO cash refunds. They may let you do an exchange, but keep in mind, there are no cash refunds. This information is on their website and on the back of receipts. It's also posted somewhere in the store.

A Better Business Bureau complaint states they were asked to pay 2k in order to have a negative review removed. I made the mistake of posting my own complaint a while back about an experience with my phone carrier and was immediately attacked by some mentally unhinged person in the comment section. I was called names, told I was immature and a child and that I am a child *. I reported the comments and NOTHING was ever done. Why do I want to use a site that allows people to libel and harass me? As someone else here asked, does that person work for PissedConsumer? Is that why they continue to allow this person to libel and call people names? All for just using the site? I don't get it.
Tip for consumers: When you go to file a complaint, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THAT COMPANY'S ACTUAL WEBSITE! Many people mistakenly believe when they are using Pissedconsumer, they are on the company's in question site and they are not. They are on a public forum that allows trolls in the comment section to harass you.
