Same situation as Jane R.
Charged in USD for a Canadian hotel when there are absolutely no indication
Charged to my credit card within hours (hour would be more precise).
Refuse to cancel or reimbursed even when I followed up within the indicated timeline shown on their own web site...
I am following up with my credit card and the hotel that is being used by this scamming company...
To be avoided and declared as fraudsters...

Stay away... Run... Just trouble...
