I find it difficult to give even a 1 star review based on the terrible customer service. A bathroom vanity was delivered via a 3rd party shipper. I followed the instructions to fully inspect the item before it left the truck. The inspection revealed a destroyed vanity, likely from being impailed by a forklift. I took a number of pictures of the damaged item and packaging then denied delivery of the item with the driver. I immediately took action to report the damaged item to KB Authority customer service and initiate a return authorization and also requesting a full refund. This happened over 6 months ago on Nov 10,2021 and regardless of numerous attempts to contact KB Authority, they fail to respond. So much for that $2,000.
