I ordered an 18" mooring ball to handle 1/2" chain. After many, many unanswered calls to customer service and "chat" attempts that went unconnected, I opened a dispute with PayPal. As a result, I got a few idiotic, foolish emails apologizing about this and that, citing Covid, blah, blah, blah. 30 days into it I finally got confirmation that the order was cancelled.
Oh yeah, and there is this nonsense about contacting "Marcus" (purported executive at Overton's) if you're not happy, he's not happy. My, oh my, what a joke.
This company should be avoided at all cost. Despicable customer service, despicable lies regarding product receipt dates, and on and on.
If these folks are not out of business soon, it's a miracle.
