I ordered my son a dresser. Afterwards I started looking for reviews and immediately panicked after reading them. I called my bank to try and stop the payment, but it was too late. With all the bad reviews I thought for sure I had just screwed up. It was said to be delivered in 3-5 weeks. 2 weeks after ordering it was delivered, in perfect condition, with all the pieces. I was relieved. I guess it's easier to think of leaving a review if u had a bad experience bc I order stuff online all the time and never think to leave a review. Even though I'm happy wothy product. Which I guess explains why there's so many bad reviews and not many good ones. So only because I was so worried based off the reviews I had read, I felt like it was my duty to let people know this was not a scammer, the company completely came through, and it left me feeling comfortable ordering again. I think from now on I'll leave reviews for companies I order from, since mostly the bad experiences seem to be reported.

Only good reviews come through in their website bc of an app/format that kicks out the negative comments. This is the hickory, NC location. I worked for them. I'm not saying the company is a scan or that they screw people over, just that you will only see good comments because that's how the owners have it set up.
