So let me start by saying that my Occupational Therapist prescribed a weighted blanket to me, but I had to pay out of pocket. I looked and looked until I found one that fit my specifications (cotton, glass beads, fun color) for a decent price. Enter Luna! All the different color options really caught my eye. I ended up going for a 15lb Mint Green Queen size. Placed my order and anxiously waited and waited. Finally it came (after some delivery delays)! I opened the box and... it's grey. And 17lbs. Not what I ordered at all. I message the company thinking this would be an easy fix. I sent photos like they requested and left the blanket in the package. They said I had to pay out of my own pocket AGAIN to return it, they'd give me a refund or partial refund, and I'd have to go through the ordering process all over again. I told them it was unacceptable that I had to pay for their mistake and wait even longer for something that was PRESCRIBED to me. Now I am being ignored by the company completely, they have my money, and I have an order that is NOT MY ORDER. Beginning to think this is a scam website that only sells the cheap, grey, Chinese knockoffs you can get all over Amazon or Wish.
