I bought myself some roller skates for $75, and I got ripped off. Qzays, who has a good amount of negative reviews accumulated through poor business dealings, is not a company you can put confidence in. Their refund policy seems reasonable but the problem is their size chart does not measure up accurately. I ordered my size accordingly and the skates they sent were too small. They refused to pay for shipping back though it was their chart I relied upon to order accurately. I sent the skates back for a refund and they claim they never received the skates. I have proof they do have the skates but they won't answer my emails. So now they have the skates and my money. And that is my experience with Qzays.
