HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! FAKE HAIR DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! HIS HAIR IS NOT FROM INDIA. I CALLED JIGAR AND ASKED HIM WAS HE A DEALER OR MANUFACTURER AND HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE THEN SENT ME A EMAIL SAYING HE DONT SEE A POSITIVE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WHAT I just wanted to know was he a manufacturer or dealer. Hes a fraud stay away from this company
This Indian vendor cant be trusted. Do not ever send money to him unless it through PayPal. Do not wire money to him. This guy is tricky and can not be trusted. I wanted to buy a sample but changed my mind because he didnt want to use PayPal when he said PayPal was ok.
Stay away from this liar he took over a month to give me back my photos and when I finally received my edited photos back they was horrible. He told me he will half edit them after I already paid him. I couldn't do anything with these low resolution photos We only did one look and it took him over two weeks just to send me my unedited photos to pick from he always had excuses saying he was busy. James is extremely unprofessional and I'll advise you to do business with another photographer in the L. A area this man will lie just to make some money please never give him your money upfront. I may end up filing a claim against James Mccloud that's how bad this experience was. I added my photos as you see he did a bad job editing

We are very clear and upfront that we do not accept Paypal for orders. This is because Paypal charges extremely high fees and also has a very low international conversion rate. We supply over 3500 bundles of hair to the USA alone every month and have had no issues with payments in the past. Just because we do not accept Paypal as a mode of payment for orders doesn't mean we are shady - especially when this is explained up front! In fact, no Indian hair vendor based in India accepts Paypal.
