Jennie Marie had a group reading planned near my home. Because of the corona virus, it was canceled. I asked for a refund and she said She doesn't give refunds. So I filed with the BBB. At this point she contacts me and starts to antagonize and tries to belittle me for asking for a refund. She says She's out $4000. 00 for flights so I should be ok with losing $150.00. Sorry, I dont make as much as she does apparently, so $150 is a lot to me. This was a treat for myself and my daughter. I never go anywhere. Ive watched her on tv, and she always seemed very down to earth, sweet, kind, understanding. Thats not the real Jennie Marie. She is cut throat, condescending, rude, cold, she's an $#*!! Ive tried speaking nice to her, hoping she would understand. Nope, she was worse the nicer I was. My daughter paid with PayPal, so I'm having her file for a refund.
