I ordered a curling iron and received a flat iron. I contacted the seller to return their item and requested the correct item be sent. The seller told me that a flat iron will work if i turn my wrist when i hold it and then it will curl my hair. I told the seller that is not acceptable and they offered me 20% back and keep the item. Since i ordered a curling iron for $58 and they sent me a cheap plastic toy flat iron, i said no and asked for my money back and escalated it in paypal. Now the seller wants me to return all the items in the order and promised a full refund, but i already gave away the other Christmas gifts and only want to return the flat iron. They say they will refund me in full but only if i return everything. How is this legal? It was THEIR mistake/scam and now i have a plastic piece of junk and am out $58 unless i can go around to my friends and get the presents back and return those as well. SCAM! And paypal is useless! They told me that they will refund shipping if i return everything to the seller which i cannot and did not ask for a full refund- but i was told by paypal that because the seller wants everything back for a full refund then i have to work with the seller again. I do not believe i will ever see my money back. This is just wrong.

Same happened to me, bought DVD set and it doesn't work in America - you need to be in region 2 for it to play, whatever the hell that means. They won't refund anything and won't let me write a review. Their site is misrepresented with all their helpful questions and returns etc but none of it is true, customer service is awful and I feel scammed.
