In April, 2011 I purchased online a painting from Olsen Gallery and the amount was taken from my bank account. I waited and did not hear back from them regarding my order. I sent numerous emails and left voice mails. I received an email that stated "computer problems" and another "oh, you will receive it by Monday". It is now July and I have not received my order or a refund. The BBB was contacted and they did not receive a response from olsen gallery. They took my money and did not send my order!
