Netflix as they are extremely slow sending new releases and I was filling my queue with movies I wasn't particularly interested in. Waiting 4 months and more for new movies is unacceptable to me,, So I cancelled- I was still charged for the month... movies stopped coming... and like with other subscriptions( one-) that I cancelled I expected a refund for the weeks I wasn't served. Nope, plus my "Cancellation is Pending" What? This is my choice, not yours to pend.
