I feel this company is not what it used to be 10 years ago. Back in 2011 I received unbelievable support and again in 2017 but after only 3 years their termite solutions failed us and when we went back for help we received none. I truly feel we received a defective batch and was really surprised when the company just washed their hands of it. Just your standard runaround. I suppose like other companies they have built up a good enough customer base and dont really need to put out the extra effort. I suggest finding another company. Termite control is too important to take any chances with defective product and zero backing. Sure problems arise, nothing is perfect but you need to depend on the company to deal with them fairly when it happens. Do my own failed miserably.
