I just received a response from Nutreance about my issues with them & it all has to do with their 'non-existing' customer service team. That same person must have written its horrible/slanted response as it was all lies, yes all of it. I wrote to them about 4 times & have called ( George - a good rep.) but the person who responds to its customers is way out of line. All I ever asked of them was a tracking number & who is the carrier & they got mad at that. The next time I asked them a question about my order they simply told me it was in the hands of FedEx & I would need to deal with them. Just yesterday I received a very good response from FedEx after I had sent in my first issue complaint as I received zero assistance from Nutreance & told them I don't know how they could stay in business with their attitudes like they have. They responded with; " We are no longer interested in doing business with you." I have never sworn & or threaten them. The person who handles & or writes in customer support is a total liar & has lost his was or a very sad & unhappy person. All I ever asked of them is what any normal customer would have done. Like where's my stuff, what; s the latest status of my delivery & they just threw me under the bus with their rudeness. Also I made no demands, just normal questions. Lastly I asked to speak to a supervisor & or an H. R. Rep & was simply told "No." Sincerely, Jesse
