I wanted to give a huge shout out to Pedro in the welcome center. We moved in June 2017, had a little issue and Pedro helped us every step of the way. Stayed in constant communication with us until the issue was resolved. If you call with a service call, maintenance is at your door the same day. I highly recommend this properly. It is on the water, awesome amenities, sparkling pools and amazing staff
