This is one of the most shady companies I have ever come across! Communication within is ridiculous! I sent an email inquiring about what type of subscription I was enrolled into and was reassured that I had signed up for their free subscription only to be billed 19.95 about a week and a half or less later! I hold myself partially responsible for this happeniong as I previously had similar problems with their resume site so why I would sign up for their cover letter assistance is beyond me! I too will be handing this issue over to the BBB. Stop preying on people that need this tool due to being unemployed!
