If I could give 0 stars I would. Our company ordered about 50 brochures from Magcloud. Our experience started out okay with receiving a test brochure to see size, paper and print quality. We submitted our artwork and received a great proof back. Our order arrived in the mail completely misprinted and totally unusable back in early December. They have no customer support phone number only a inquiry form to fill out online. I'm still waiting for a response! I had to take to their Facebook page to get any sort of response and even then they said "they've made my request priority". Totally unacceptable! Should've read reviews before working with them because they're all the same!
