Although I followed the company's size chart, I ended up with bra's WAY too large (by a little over an inch without stretch). When I tried to exchange, the smaller size was backordered with no expected date of return.
I contacted the company, via email, to possibly get on a list to initiate the return (since you only have a 30 day return period). Initially, they completely ignored the text in my email and sent a generic reply- telling me to do exactly what I'd already told them I'd tried. When I gave a negative review of the person's service, I was contacted again. This person told me they would only accept a 30 day return, but MAY make an exception (but that cannot be guaranteed), so I should just to return the product and buy again when the other size comes back in stock. However, they would not honor the price that I'd initially paid.
Just go to Amazon- very similar bras, great reviews, no shipping costs, AND ZERO customer service issues.
