The power went out in one half of my house one day late in the afternoon last winter. I was frantic to get someone over to fix it. Calling around, I found most electricians not answering their phone after 5 pm. The two who did could not come over until late the next day, and one would charge $125 an hour, the other $150 an hour. Then I tried calling Sparks Electric in Centralia. An electrician picked up the phone even though it was 5:30, and said he would come right over. Their hourly rate? $85 an hour! He showed up as promised, found the source of the problem, and had my power restored in short order. He was friendly, smart, and jovial, and I could not have been happier with the price or the service. This was a cold, snowy, winter night, but Chuck Terry found it in his heart to make the half-hour drive to my home and take care of my emergency. Sparks Electric is a small-town business with old-fashioned, small-town values. They genuinely care about people, and they know their stuff. I am blessed to have found them.
I'm very sorry for your issue. You want to return an item you received several months ago because it doesn't look the same as the new one you received. Even though it is well past our return policy date, I am willing make an exception to aid in the situation. All I asked was for a side by side picture of the two items so we can send it to the manufacturer and to ensure you don't get another item you are not happy with. You said you can't take a picture and you would be willing to send it back at your expense because of that. You wanted a commitment of a replacement like the second one you received. But without looking at the items to see what you are seeing I don't know what is possible. I continued to ask you to just take a picture of them and then You then screamed curse words at me and hung up the phone. I'm very sorry you are unhappy. I'm still willing to help if you'd like to contact us again. Thank you.
