Only half of my order arrived, the talking hamsters were horrible quality and they x came wrapped in cellophane and stuffed in a cardboard box- No gift box. Very unhappy. Is this really a company or a scam?

Do not purchase from Baby Times Originals. Seems to be a scam or poor quality merchandise and poor customer service.
