I have been waiting on meaningful feedback from Customer Support for over a week.
I am finding that:
1. Questions and answers have numerous typos
2. Whenever the page refreshes, the questions (total of 1,043) restart at the number (1) -resulting in me losing ALL of my progress. This is extremely disappointing and annoying.
Tip for consumers:
Having a direct line to customer service is a good indicator whether there would be any service at all.
This site only corresponded belatedly via emails and after about 3 weeks the "customer service" chat box disappeared.
