They sent me a defective product. The hook was on the wrong side so that my cat pendant would have my cat hanging sideways. I documented this to them in photos and they admitted it was a mistake, but refused to replace for free. They would only replace if I paid additional shipping or offered me a $8 refund.

The pendant for my mother wasn't horrible, although nowhere near as nice as the pictures in the ad, but the chain they provided broke literally a half hour into her.

Eshakti has gradually taken over my entire wardrobe in the past year. Their dresses are my go-tos. They are comfortable and stylish. I get constant compliments on my dresses and how well dressed I am in general.

The company is responsive to feedback. They have improved shipping times. And the few times I've had an issue with an order, the customer service has been good.

I highly recommend eshakti to anyone.
