We hired these people to manage a condo for us. The tenant began to cause problems for the other people in the building and we told them to give him notice. It took them more than a month to give notice and when he was out they returned the deposit to hims despite fines and damages he owed. The rent was being paid through subsidized housing and they failed to record the last rent payment on the accounting. They also insisted they had not refunded money to the tenant but when I pointed it out in their accounting they came up with another excuse. We were to be charged a management fee on the gross income but when they transferred the tenant deposit they also charged a management fee. They deny this charge though it is clearly on their accounting. Steer clear of this company.

The pendants I received were not exactly what I expected but I had received all the information. My expectations were more than I should have expected. My wife likes them and the thoughts they contain.
