I can't believe what these gangsters get away with, selling people dangerous flea ridden sub standard hotels then when things go wrong they just wash their hands of it, try anywhere else it couldn't be as bad as booking.con.
Do go anywhere else the rest are useless go with MP fast reliable honest and always a quick response to emails..
Very responsive and honest people to work with if you send an email you'll always get a speedy reply, that said their delivery system now is well below standards and will take a while for delivery I'm waiting now 6 weeks and expect to wait another 2 or 3 so my advice is give yourself plenty of time for your order to arrive but I've been with them for years now they really are decent respectful people unlike all the other vendors who i think don't want the business.

Dutchmailer.com doesn't have costumer service doesn't reply to emails and is very difficult to use it's virtually impossible to get credits I've a letter waiting in my mailbox but can't get it because it's impossible to get credits without online banking so I'll just have to let them keep it and go to the loss.
Pure gangsters it's all about Boyle sports and not the punters you'll never win with this crew especially avoid their slots it's like flushing money down the toilet.

The behaviour of these crooks over Euro 2020 was borderline fraud no cash out couldn't see bets nothing at all so thousands of punters were lost out some in a big way I lost out on £78 and bet365 response was "we're sorry" no compensation nothing. Like I say avoid if you don't like being ripped off.
Bad service, slow internet, ignorant costumer service and that's just to start with then there's the costumer service line were you wait 2 hours and put on to a call centre in India who can't understand a word your saying, it's easier just to try and solve the problem yourselfsometimes.
Placed and order in September still waiting on half of it 10 weeks of constant emails and then EH pass me of with passing the buck and general nonsense and stalling tactics so I've decided to let them keep it it's the easiest option at this point because it's just an uphill battle now and poor customer service. But obviously they've lost another customer as there's no point placing any more orders if it's going to be a battle to get what I paid for.
Tip for consumers:
If you like hassle and chasing orders until your ready to pull your out then this is gor you.
