I have been on Snapchat for about 15 years now and over the past year all the chat apps I have seen changes but the most disappointing thing is the platform let's them get away with it well I have decided to get rid of them all because unless customer service does something about it this is gonna get worse and be 10 times worse than Craig's list ever was
Tip for consumers:
If you have kids under 18 keep them away from Snapchat what’s app and hangouts all 3 are becoming worse than Craig’s list ever was and customer service isn’t doing anything about it…

I used the chat to talk to friends and family… but as of now I won’t recommend that kids under 18 should be on it
