Told this was a good firm. Ordered 4 rhododendrons of different types, however, Arneson's Gem, a £16 Rhododendron, was so weak with 2 stems with no flower buds I complained. Told it would come OK and to make it bushier to prune the two stems. It took 4 email contacts before Ken Cox reluctantly agreed I should sent it back at my expense. It's earth ball weighs around 2lb. Most established garden firms offer immediate replacement or a financial settlement when first approached. This firm rides roughshod over online clients if my experience is to go by. I have a photo of the 4 plants and the difference is striking. I thought I should buy Scottish and I live in Argyll, but Parkers, Dobies, here I come. PS I have never had to return plants to any other garden company.
