Web site is easy to use, prices are great and product is comparable to other more expensive types of products. This is my go to company for blinds and shutter. Working through our house and getting close to have all our builder blinds replaces, and I ordered remotes and motors.

Ordered a GPS from them. In addition to the charge for the GPSa couple days later they charged my card another $1300 plus on my card. They will not anwer the phone number listed on their customer service page, say the caller is not accepting calls at this time and it goes to a cell phone voice mail. They will not reply to any emails (even thought on their web site it say for fast service email us we are always there) questioning shipping carrier and a tracking number and have stated via email the gps was sent but it has never arrived. Stay away from these guys.
