I am a retired man, 72 years old. I went to the store to buy somethings this afternoon.
The security guard stoped me at the door, said: you steal before, you can not go in.

I think he may get wrong remember and I said when? Who? What's his name? He said: a few days ago. Don't know name, I know you. I said, I need talk to manager. He refused and force me out!

I feel i was Plainly insulted for no reason.
If security guard find stealing, need report to manager immediately.
The store shall have the legal procedure.
