I placed an order over a month ago... they finally shipped. Guess what... outside of box was my name but inside shipping slip was for someone else in California. And I live in Florida. I contacted customer service, no one ever answered the phone. I left voice mail, no one ever called me back. I emailed to them, I got a reply from them 5 days later. I went on "Live Chat", all I got was useless apologies, empty promises that they will ship the replacement. When I chat again asking for update, they would say "your order was delivered". So story starts all over again. Long story short, the conversation went back and forth several times, did not get to anywhere, same apologies, same answers that warehouse was preparing for the replacement shipping, I should receive a notification. 2 weeks later, still nothing, when I asked again for update, and asked for refund, then they just stop communicating. Not reply for anything. I had to dispute my CC charges and I swear to myself never buying anything from them AGAIN. They are just useless and try to scam your money. Watch out!
