Awful experiance!
I paid £5.95 for the postage of 2 items -> first item was too small despite using measurments from their website, second product was faulty as half of the fairy lights did not work and now I have to return both for additional £3.95 to send it back! By the way how funny that posting exactly the same product costs more by £2 when it comes from them! By becoming their customer and using Secret Sales website I am £9.90 out of pocket and am left with nothing!
They are for some reason accredited by Better Business Bureau.
I have already reported them, they ask for more claims so that they withheld their accreditation.

Please also report them to Consumer Protection Ontario - https://www.ontario.ca/consumers/filing-consumer-complaint email: *******@ontario.ca who will deal with them legally. They also await more claims to come in.
Together we will stop / punish those thieves!
